What are your Shipping Fees and Fulfillment time?
- We offer $12.50 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders.
- We ship from Charlotte, NC USA using USPS mail, Monday through Friday.
- You will be sent a tracking number after purchase.
- Shipping times vary based on what you ordered.
- Most readers and sunglass orders will ship within 24 hours and will arrive 2 to 3 days later.
- If you ordered prescription glasses, orders typically ship within 2 to 3 weeks from when we receive your prescription.
What is your Return Policy?
Sunglasses and Readers - If you are not satisfied with our non prescription sunglasses or our readers you may return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Prescription Glasses - If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your prescription glasses, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a 50% refund.
How can I track my order?
The easiest way to track your order is to use the link sent in the email we sent you when the order shipped. You can also log into your account and follow the tracking link on the order page.
Can I use my FSA or HSA card to pay for my order?
Yes we accept both HSA and FSA cards? If you need an invoice or receipt from us for this please contact us after making your purchase.

After placing an order for prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses you will receive an automated email with a link to submit your prescription. Submitting it is quick, easy, and secure.
